IMPACT– look at the schedule and sign the waiver & pick the project, sign release form and turn it into the Project Coordinator. If you are under the age of 19, then a parent must sign the waiver (can fax it to: 334-844-7171).

Campus Kitchens Project:  Uses existing resources to meet hunger and nutritional needs in our community.

–        Meet Mondays at 3:00pm beside Caribou Coffee in the Library

–        Serve meals Fridays at 9:00pm at Auburn United Methodist Food Pantry

–       Community Dinner: Thursdays (6:30pm – 7:30pm)

–       Biggest Winner – Obesity prevention: Thursdays (6:30pm – 8:00pm)

–       Work to EXCEL – Job readiness: February 7th, Thursdays (5:30pm – 6:30pm)

Habitat for Humanity:

–       ReStore (need volunteers continuously to help with renovation, service hours)

–       A House United (Auburn Spring break)


BraveHearts: A fine arts program for youth with special needs at the Opelika Sportsplex. The kids are matched with a student.

–       need sponsors for art supplies/music supplies/t-shirts for all the kids for final performance/ backdrops for performance

Women’s Hope:

–       Walk for Life (end of May) – need helps with the legwork in months before the walk, and community marketing

The Joy to Life Foundation:

Walk of Life: Sunday, April 21st, 2012

Make a difference in an annual event that raises breast cancer awareness, and raises funds that help the Joy to Life Foundation continue providing free mammograms for the medically under served in Alabama!

–       Montgomery, AL // 5K

–       Need around 500 volunteers (sororities/fraternities)

–       can volunteer or participate
